Most roofers say "quality craftsmanship." We put three specific commitments in your contract. Each one either happens or it doesn't.
We walk your roof, take photos of everything we find, and give you a written quote the same day. If we think you don't need a new roof, we'll tell you, and we'll tell you how much longer the one you have should last.
Every job carries the 50-year VanGuard workmanship warranty, on top of your manufacturer's shingle coverage. Every term is in your contract in plain English, with no hidden exclusions.
Call us and Liam, our AI assistant, can schedule your inspection in minutes, any time, no phone tree. You'll know your Field Manager before work begins, and they're on-site when the crew arrives. Everyone on your roof meets Van Martin standards and carries our warranty. No overseas call centers, no mystery crews.

So Adam Gardner from Van Martin Roofing came and did my father's roof and they were so friendly and professional. I really didn't expect them to be as friendly as they were. I would recommend anybody that wants somebody to do a professional job in a timely manner to contact them.
